Block 13

Welcome to Block 13. This is a journey of my childhood days back in Jalan Merpati. A newly developed town in the 1960s. Come take a walk with me.

What Is Block 13?

Thank you for dropping by. Block 13 is the history and adventure of my childhood days in Jalan Merpati. Today, Jalan Merpati is known as Merpati Road. You will find three blocks still standing at Merpati Road. Block 12, 13 and 14.

30 years had gone by and Block 13 holds a lot of childhood memories. Our games, pranks and fun are the order of the day. School was never important. Fun was.

We can only look back and wonder how kids today survived without the games, pranks and fun we had. They will never understand our world and neither will we understand theirs.

If you are fifty now, you probably would understand what the stories here meant. Outside of this age, it probably is meaningless.

Well, each chapter is a true story with true characters.

The past is not forgotten.
